Open Gym Rules

1.  No Running

2.  All activities must have value regarding an individual's growth and progress. 

3. Negativity is forbidden




Anyone that has taken a Trick Class with us knows that our first rule is...
"Be aware of your surroundings"
When kids are playing tag or running around the gym while others are doing tricks, it can be very distracting for those training.  
More importantly, we don't want any big people bouncing on any small people by mistake

When in the gym, we want our students and participants to gain a strong "training" oriented mind set.  We believe that allowing kids to play for the duration of the open gym leads to a lack of appreciation FOR the gym.
