Cancellation Policy

As we continue to strive towards creating the best learning environment for everyone, we have found it necessary to review and communicate our policy regarding private lessons. This policy is geared towards ensuring that our passionate and dedicated coaches, who often rely on these appointments for their livelihood, are guaranteed a fair, considerate treatment of their time and expertise. Here is an overview of our Private Lesson Policy: To secure your booking for a private lesson, full payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives our coaches ample time to plan for your personalized session and also allows other interested members the chance to book should any slots become available. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please ensure that this is done at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so, we can offer the available slot to another member and our coaches can reallocate their time efficiently. Regrettably, late cancellations - those made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson - will not be subject to a refund. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we allow for one late cancellation per member. Any further late cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances. We recognize that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things do come up. However, a pattern of late bookings and cancellations affects our ability to offer quality lessons and impacts our coaches' livelihoods. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated, as it ensures the sustainability and integrity of our private coaching services. Our objective in implementing this policy is not to deter you from booking private lessons, but rather to foster a more considerate and respectful culture in our community. We want to ensure that the valuable time and dedication of our coaches are respected and that all members have an equal chance to benefit from private lessons.
