New Friday Class Schedule Starting March 3rd


Fridays March 3rd and on:

Beginner - 5:45pm

Intermediate 1 - 6:15pm

Intermediate 2 (Name change) - 7pm

Since our class sizes have grown quite a bit in the new year, we believe that our students would benefit from having an Intermediate class. We are checking out each individual student to determine which class they would thrive in. Following are the prerequisites for each class:

Beginner:

  • Hold motionless eye contact for 10 seconds

Intermediate 1:

  • Cartwheel on Both Sides

  • Forward and Backward Roll

  • Bridge | 30 seconds

  • Front Kick, Back Kick, RoundHouse Kick

  • 5 Push Ups

  • Headstand | 15 seconds

  • Balance on tip toes | 10 seconds (no hops)

  • Jump Full turn | (360)

Must meet at least 7

Intermediate 2 (Open Learning):

  • Butterfly | Both Sides

  • Side Aerial

  • Front Handspring

  • Back Bend

  • Stand up or Kick over from Bridge

  • Jump Front Kick, Spin Back Kick, Pump Round Kick | Both Sides Solid

  • 5 Clap pushups

  • Pistol Squat | Both Sides

  • Hand Stand | 5 seconds

  • Jump 540

Must meet at least 8
