We have found that campers have a better experience when they have had an intro class first.
Camp Overview
TDX Summer Camp is a full-week movement camp designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning in a safe and structured environment.
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Each day combines skill training, games, obstacle courses, open gym time, and structured learning.
Our goal is simple. Keep kids moving, learning, and having fun while building confidence, coordination, and teamwork.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Each day follows a structured rhythm that balances learning and play.
Morning Arrival
Campers begin their day with fun brain challenges in the lobby before heading onto the floor for a full group warm-up.
Skill Workshops
Throughout the day, campers participate in structured workshops focused on movement skills such as tumbling, tricking, martial arts basics, and coordination drills.
Games and Activities
Camp includes group games, obstacle courses, and supervised open gym time to allow kids to explore movement safely.
Lunch and Reset
Campers take a supervised lunch break while watching kid-friendly videos. Cleanliness is emphasized to maintain a healthy environment.
Afternoon Training and Cool Down
The day finishes with additional activities, open gym time, and a guided stretch session to help athletes recover and relax.
