At Trick Dynamix, we value the time and commitment of both our members and our coaching staff. Private lessons and workshops require preparation and planning from our coaches, and this policy helps ensure their time is respected while giving members fair access to available booking opportunities.

Private Lesson Booking

Private lessons must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
This allows coaches adequate time to prepare for a personalized session and ensures that open time slots can be made available to other members if needed.

Private Lesson Cancellations

If you need to cancel a private lesson, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will retain the lesson credit and may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are considered late cancellations and the lesson credit will be forfeited.

Late Cancellation Courtesy

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Each member is allowed one late cancellation courtesy. Additional late cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops and Special Events

Workshops and special events require advance planning, guest scheduling, and limited participant spots.

For this reason, workshop and event registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registering, please contact us as soon as possible. When possible, we may allow the registration to be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future event at our discretion.
