Jump Higher in Tricking!
Concentrating on pushing your body straight up away from the ground is usually the best way to increase height in your tricks.
UNFORTUNATELY, we may not have access to space to facilitate full out tricks…SO here is a Quick workout you can do in your own home.
Do this 2-3 times per week and see direct results in Tricking.
1 Minute Warm Up
20 Jumping jacks + 6 Lunges + 4 Burpees

20 Calf Raises Toes IN
